2. Subject

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

3. Product and Payment Information

The product name, quantity, unit price, subtotal, shipping fee, and total amount related to the order, as they appear on the order summary screen and in the invoice/payment records, are an integral part of this contract.

4. Delivery

4.1. The product/products are sent to the delivery address provided by the BUYER during the order.
4.2. Deliveries are made within the borders of Turkey.
4.3. Delivery/shipping time: 2-3 Business Days
4.4. Cargo company: Yurtiçi, Aras Kargo, DHL, Sürat Kargo

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the goods.
5.2. Notification of the right of withdrawal is made to the SELLER via e-mail or written communication.
5.3. In case the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product is returned in accordance with the legislation.
5.4. The refund amount is returned to the BUYER in accordance with the provisions of the legislation and the payment method.

6. Cases where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used

Exceptions specified in the legislation are reserved. According to the user's statement, there is no personalized production. Nevertheless, special exceptions in the legislation may apply depending on the nature of the product.

7. General Provisions

7.1. The BUYER accepts that he/she has been informed beforehand about the basic characteristics of the product subject to the contract, the sales price, the payment method, delivery and the right of withdrawal.
7.2. By completing the order, the BUYER is deemed to have approved this contract electronically.
7.3. In case of delay in delivery due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, the SELLER informs the BUYER.

8. Resolution of Disputes

In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the scope of relevant legislation.

9. Effective Date

This contract comes into force when the BUYER approves it electronically.
